Blueberry – Cabernet Sauvignon, Port

This pie and wine paring can be a bit tricky given the dark fruit in the pie so you want to find a wine with enough tannins to balance it out. Both a Cabernet Sauvignon and Ruby Port meet the challenge.

Lemon Chess and Key Lime

The tangy, creamy flavors in both pies are balanced with a sparking rose or you can also try a Gruner Veltliner or Pinot Grigio.
