Send Us an Email
Click the Email Us button at the bottom of this page to send us an inquiry. Include your site URL, the placement you’re interested in, and your preferred start date. We respond within 1 business day.

Confirm Availability & Sign Off on Details
We’ll confirm the placement is available for your dates, send you a simple one-page agreement outlining the placement, term, and rate. No lengthy contract — just a clear record of what was agreed. Multi-month bookings are invoiced monthly unless you prefer to pay upfront for the discount.

Send Your Creative & Destination URL
Email your ad creative to the address we provide, along with your click-through URL and any UTM parameters you use. Creative must meet the specs above. If you need a size you don’t have, most designers can turn these around in under an hour — but if you’re stuck, let us know and we can point you to resources. We review all creatives and confirm acceptance within 1–2 business days.

Payment
We invoice via PayPal or bank transfer and require payment before the campaign goes live. For monthly retainers, invoices are sent on the 1st of each month with a 5-day payment window. All rates are flat monthly fees — straightforward and predictable.

Go Live & Track Performance
Your ad goes live on the agreed start date. We’ll send you a confirmation screenshot so you can verify placement. At the end of each month, you’ll receive a performance summary with impressions, clicks, and CTR pulled directly from Google Analytics and our ad tracking. You’re welcome to layer in your own UTM tracking on top of ours — most advertisers do.

Renew, Swap, or Wrap Up
Two weeks before your term ends, we’ll reach out to check if you want to renew. If you’d like to swap creative mid-campaign (for a seasonal push, for example), one creative swap is included per month at no charge. Additional swaps are $25 each. No auto-renewals — you’re never charged unless you confirm.

FAQ

Do you accept ads from non-wine tourism sites?
Yes, provided there’s meaningful audience overlap. Travel gear brands, booking platforms, tour aggregators, luggage companies, and culinary experiences have all performed well here. We review each advertiser individually and reserve the right to decline placements that aren’t a good fit for our audience.
Can I target specific content categories or pages?
Category-level targeting (e.g., sidebar ads appearing only on Napa Valley posts) is available for Featured Sponsor bookings. Standard placements run sitewide. If you have a specific targeting need, mention it in your inquiry and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Is there an exclusivity option — can I block competitors from advertising simultaneously?
Category exclusivity is available as an add-on for Featured Sponsor bookings: +$100/month to be the only advertiser in your vertical (e.g., wine tour operators, luggage brands, etc.) during your campaign period. Ask about this in your inquiry.
What if my ad isn’t performing?
We want your campaign to succeed — a performing advertiser renews, which is good for both of us. If your CTR is notably below average for your placement after the first two weeks, we’ll proactively flag it and discuss options: creative swap, repositioning, or a different placement. We don’t offer refunds on flat-rate placements, but we’ll work with you on solutions.
